I havent seen this house in person - but I really like the pictures of it and the trim and detail work

Re: People looking in Massapequa
very nice. I would like to know if they had an apt in the basement. Three and a half baths?

Re: People looking in Massapequa
sounds nice but it's very close to Sunrise - I'm sure you will hear a lot of noise there.
the interior looks great but I hate the outside how the window on the left isn't centered, or there isn't two larger ones.

I agree. It's beautiful inside, but the three small dogboxes on the 2nd floor look off. It would look much better with 2 bigger ones.

Re: People looking in Massapequa
that IS very nice details.
I find myself looking at details on homes when i am watching moives the crown molding, entrances, paint colors etc.i drive Dh crazy with it
for example, the cheerleader's house in Heroes had fantastic details. Loved where the washer/dryer was in the house, the entrance, the floors, etc.

Re: People looking in Massapequa
I actually looked at this house back in September....ITS GORGEOUS on the inside super clean and everything is in superior condition!, However the property is really really small (I mean play catch yourself in the yard kind of small) and kind of on a busy road. There was a brand new apartment in the basement that was never lived in with its own entrance, also really nice!
Definitely one of my favorites houses but the cons outweighed the pros for us!
