It varies for me . . . A sample menu for me might be:
Breakfast 1/2 dry oats (made with water- not sure how much it measures once cooked) with some splenda, cinnamon and sugar free maple syrup (2)
with
a 1 point yogurt OR 1/2 cup Friendship Pot Style 2% Cottage cheese (2 points) (Breakfast is always 3-4 points)
Lunch:
2 oz Boar's Head Turkey Breast (1) 2 cups Arugula blend lettuce 1/2 cup grape tomatoes 2 tbsp Trader Joe's Pear Champagne vinaigrette (1)
Light string cheese (1)
Sugar free/ fat free Jello pudding cup (1)
(Lunch is always 3-4 points)
Dinner:
3 oz lean protein (3-4 points) veggies (0) a starch like pasta, rice, potatoe . . . (2-4 points
(Dinner is normally 8-10 points)
Dessert:
1/2 cup light ice cream (2)
(0-2 points for dessert)
Foods I eat:
Breakfast foods:
oatmeal yogurt fruit light bagels cottage cheese light cheese egg whites cereal (Honey Bunches of Oats, Special K protein, Cheerios, no more than 2 points per at least 3/4 cup.) Fiber One Chocolate and Oat bars uncle wally smart portions muffins
Lunch: Salad lean cold cuts, Whole Food Chix Taquitos WW Chili Veggies Hummus light bagel low carb tortillas light cheese yogurt sf/ff pudding 100 calorie snack packs/desserts ff chips (Pringles, Lays) cottage cheese uncle wally smart portions muffins
Dinner:
Chicken (marinated, recipes with veggies and light cheese, roasted . . .) Beef (lean cuts- marinated) Pizza Pasta (mostly angel hair and cous cous) potatoes (baked, roasted, lighter varieties of baked fries, mashed) rice lean cuisine panini's 98% fat free hot dogs light buns veggies salad
Dessert: 100 calorie packs of cookies, weight watcher 1 point cakes and bars yogurt light ice cream 1 point pudding ice pops diet hot cocoa

In the mornings I sometimes have a 1-PT yogurt and either a 1-pt baybel cheese or 2-Pt string cheese.
Sometimes I have cut up honeydue or cantelope...
If I forget to go grocery shopping, I usually have the Kashi double granola bars (3 pts) that can tide me over for the day with a bottle or two of water...
for lunch i sometimes roll up some ham with swiss cheese (about 3 pts)
or a spinach salad... good seasons has a 0-pt dressing! I try and put some chicken or turkey on the salad or fat free feta...
dinner is whatever DH is cooking... we have most of the WW cookbooks, and choose something from there...
Some favorite snacks are popcorn, 100-calorie packs, cheese, carrots, and other fruits, 1-pt pudding with whipped cream, 1-pt hot chocolate, fat-free sour cream & onion pringles (1-pt)...
eta: I also sometimes have the special-K cereal for lunch (2pts) with the milk!

I go to Subway everyday for lunch and get a veggie sandwich - it is filling and with cheese and fat free red wine vinegarette, it's 6 points!
