People who have their mortgage through chase
I just did a refi and now have chase for my mortgage
I want to know if anyone pays their mortgage bi weekly. They said I need to find a third party who does this
I used to have wells Fargo and they did it for me

If you divide your mortgage payment by 1/12 and add that to your monthly payment, you have the same effect.

I round up my monthly payment, works out to be exactly one month's extra payment per year.
Saves interest and shortens the term.

I have chase and I use equity accelerator... I don't feel like I'm paying as much each month when I do it this way even though its the same amount...

We have Chase and I send in a payment each month that is above what we owe. That extra payment each month adds up through the year to an extra month or two payments. I specify I want it to go towards the principal.
