People with above ground or semi inground pools....question?

Did you have to add it to your home owners?

I'm worried that a tree is gonna fall in mine, and we didn't notify the insurance company that we got one yet.

You are supposed to.

What if somebody falls in and drowns? Your insurance company is not going to pay out the liability on that if you didn't tell them.

Your rates will go up for sure.
