People with family in Israel
Have you heard from them?
I know there were a few worried posters.
I just heard from my friend who has assured all of us not to worry, and she is very safe...but she described how horrifying ti was to witness the shelling first hand.

Thanks for the post. Everyone I know from there is fine. My SIL is coming on Sunday from Jerusalem. She is going to the army nex t month  My mom's aunt is in Haifa (her son from Zurich just came today to visit) and she is fine. We have some friends on vacation there now too and I believe they are also OK.

I'm waiting to hear from my father if the travel camp my sisters are with are sending the kids home.
I know they were in Jerusalem yesterday and they were moving them south towards Elat

Waiting to hear from my MIL and BIL, but I'm sure they're ok considering they live in Tel Aviv. I'm more worried about my cousins who live on a Kibbutz in Gaza.

My mom called her aunt this morning and couldn’t reach her. she will try calling everyone tomorrow morning. By the time she gets home from work, it’s the middle of the night there.

My friend started her year in Israel there. She's living in Jerusalem as part of her HUC program. She assured everyone she's safe and she would like people to stop worrying.

It's so tough to do , my sisters were in two of the places that have been bombed already. They missed each bombing by a day.

I know. The tone of my friend's message was almost annoyed. Maybe it's just teh stress of being there coming out in the letter. Maybe everyone sending ehr email asking if she;s ok is making her more nervous.
I don't know how to not worry
