Personal question about my b00bs
What will happen with my breasts? I have large ones to begin with (currently a DDD but can wear a DD). I breastfed (my now 3.5 year old) until he was 15 months and am currently breastfeeding my 9 month old twins (planning to wear around a year).
They are saggy and gross. Is there any chance with weight loss and exercise they will perk up?

Re: Personal question about my b00bs
Don't hate my answer but my experience was this... I had really great b00bs, perky and about a C cup. Then during pregnancy they started to droop and then I BF'ed for 13 months and they were a lost cause (or so I thought). I gained alot of weight and my b00bs actually looked better because now I was a big D. After losing 35 pounds, "the girls" deflated like a balloon and I'm left with a B cup and the once "high and mighties" are now just sad and droopy. So unfortunately, your "girls" may get worse... its actually the only thing I hate about losing weight. But I'm too afraid of pain to have any kind of surgery to do anything about it. That's my story!

Re: Personal question about my b00bs
remember in knocked up, when the girl is talking to katherin heigl about how her boobs will get big, really big, then they will go down, and stay down....
that about sums it up.
my son is 4 now, and i live a very healthy, active lifestyle, and no amount of exercise has put them back where they belong....

Re: Personal question about my b00bs
Your chest will likely get smaller with weight loss. There is. No way to tone the breast itself but you can tone the surrounding muscles helping to give the girls a bit of a lift.
