Personalized wine glass ideas
Need help with making personalized wine glasses. My SIL will be 40 next month. She said she’ll do a big party next year so wanted to surprise her with something small in my backyard with a few of her closest girlfriends.
My friend can personalize things so I thought it would be cute for our surprise bday girls night to have wine glasses out for the bday girl and everyone else.
Any cute ideas??
Thinking Bday girl - 40 & fabulous
Or some cute saying with her name
Then her friends each have their name and then #bestie and I would have #sister
Is that cute? Silly?
I’ll have apps (hot and cold), some decorations, balloons and of course a cake and lots of alcohol
Any other ideas? Just making it small bc my SIL has 2 LO’s at home and really been distancing

Personalized wine glass ideas
its a cute idea but, i made one wine glass at a function and never use it because its just one not even a pair.
What about bars of chocolate with cute saying ? I know of a chocolate shop in Great neck

Same - I’m not a fan of personalized wine glasses, but you know your crowd and if they would use them again. What about personalized beer coozies (?) instead? They make tall ones for hard seltzer cans.

I think it’s a really sweet idea.
Whether they use them often going forward doesn’t matter. It’ll be a really cute thing for the gtg
They may even use them for wine parties at each other’s houses!

Thanks! That's the idea and honestly the stemless glasses I got were $2 each and my girl friend is doing them for me as a favor so it really doesn't cost much. Plus, with all this distancing at least they know their glass for the night when we drink. LOL
I don't care what they do with them after. Just makes for cute pics and a fun girls night.

Cute ideas, but this is just for the night so each girl has their own glass (especially with social distancing... LOL). Honestly they were $2 per glass and my friend is doing the personalized writing from her cricut machine. They can throw them out after or use them when they get together. That doesn't bother me.

go for it, it was fun to paint them, I love mine but wish it was a pair. I agree it doesn't matter if the friends ever use them ultimately its the thought. For me personally I might have gone for the chocolate .
