Phase 2?
Once regions are in phase 1, how long before they can enter into phase 2?
I thought I had heard 14 days, but is that 14 days from when phase 1 begins?
I have been watching the NYS metrics dashboard but for the regions that are open it shows them as meeting the 7/7 metrics for phase 1, and I can’t find anything to indicate if they are watching these same metrics to monitor when these regions can begin phase 2.

Re: Phase 2?
I keep "hearing" two weeks, but I haven't read anything official. I read the page below, but don't see anything specific. I could be missing something, but I feel like it's currently undefined.

Re: Phase 2?
Cuiomo has said i n press conferences that each phase will last 2 weeks unless numbers go up, but hte exact wordign ont eh website is:
"Each region will reopen businesses in phases, with at least two weeks in between each phase. This allows state and local leaders to monitor the effects of the reopening and ensure hospitalization and infection rates are not increasing before moving to the next phase and permitting more economic activity."

Phase 2?
Phase 1 doesn't really change anything. So I feel getting from Phase 1 to Phase 2 will be pretty easy. Phase 2 to Phase 3 may take a little longer, that is where you might see a slight spike in cases.
