Photographer for toddler boys

Somehow my twins are already 16 months. I have taken many photos of them and have taken them to places like JCP for pics. I want to use a professional photographer for some special pics. The thing is my boys are very active and my favorite professional pictures are of newborns.

so aside from feeling back that i missed my opportunity for those shots, my question is who have you used for your son who wont sit still?

Many of the picture of newborns and girls i have seen i love. I am having a much harder time finding pics with toddler boys that really catch my attention. if you have any pls let me know!

I like Amanda Di Monda She's one of the assistant teachers in my son's class so we haven't used her yet. Figured I'd wait until next year. But I love the pics in her gallery of boys, especially the ones of siblings together.

I highly recommend Sandra - September Blue - maybe because she has boys, I feel she really captures toddler boys incredibly. I can not say enough good things about her - just an example - my child never stops, and look what she captured....

As someone who has a son and does scrapbooking, I see that my color choices are limited if I do not want things to look girly. However, for me, the scene does not matter as much as preserving what my son looked like through the ages. I care more about the surroundings in my candid photos, the ones I will look back on and comment about how my house or some place looked. For my professional photos what matters most is getting a good shot of my son and his face Nonetheless, I have found some great scenes to put him in for photo sessions. We've done a cute photo shoot making him look like a stereotypical biker, a vintage scene, the bath time scene at Kiddie Kandids, a fall theme, 4th of July Red White and Blue, etc. That all makes it fun for my scrapbooks but still, I think that what is most important is that DS is in them!!!!!!!! I think that once you take your kids and see the photos you will feel that there are so many things you can do with boy pictures!!

You should contact Shira from ShiraZ Photography. One of her good friends has twin boys (they just turned 3) and they are a handful. She has had sessions with them and is great with the kids!

Lori (AvaJack) was great with my son.

I think the Picture People do a good job too. They have hand held cameras so they can move around and follow the kids.
