Photoshop mommies
How do I add another photo---I know I have to create another layer...so I clicked on new layer, and then I went to open, and when I chose the pic and clicked open, it just created a new background. I am sooo confused

You can drag and drop the photo in to the current document.
Have your document open and the photo open. Choose the Move tool, click on the photo and drag it and drop it on top of your document.
