Photoshop question...for invitations
This is all very very new to me...sorry in advance.
If I want to make an invitation using a pic of DS..how do I get the noisy background out - let's say make it black?

Or you can cut out and paste.
Like with lasso, and paste to a background.

oooohhh - I have so much to learn. Have to try this tonight. How exactly do you use the lasso - is it easy? I have seen the icon but didn't try it.

oooohhh - I have so much to learn. Have to try this tonight. How exactly do you use the lasso - is it easy? I have seen the icon but didn't try it.
Yup, use the magnetic lasso, trace out the part you want. copy and then paste onto the blank area
