Photoshop tutorial!
I figured out how to do the colored areas on a black and white, but HOW do you guys make your own Xmas cards with borders and beautiful text???

Someone on the Parenting board did an invitation very similar using Photoshop. I don't recall who it was.
Maybe do a search on Photoshop on Parenting?
I added the Photoshop link Shorty posted but haven't had time to look at it.

I don't understand...do you want someone to teach you how to make a holiday card in a post? It's not exactly a template type of thing...it's not like 3 steps either... so I doubt you'd find a tutorial that tells you how to make a card... you come up with your own design and put it together.
I can try to help you out but really you have to get in there and play with photoshop and create your own design.
For example, if you wanted to make that card you posted there a bunch of different ways. You could:
1. Create a new file with a black background (use the paint bucket to fill it in with black)
2. Resize your pics and copy and paste them in
3. Create a text layer and type in your message.
Well what do you know....I guess it can be three steps

Thanks!  Basically, I'm playing around with the program and can do the color on a black and white pic, changing colors, removing imperfections,effects etc. But I'm clueless as to how to CREATE something. So I need some suggestions in that area.
