Physical Therapist in Westbury,Carle Place,Garden City,etc.
Just found out after over 8 weeks at the Chiropractor that I have what I thought all along - a herniated disc...I thought the pain would get better with chiropractic care, but it is not and is poss getting worse esp with a 3 yr old, 1 yr old and babysitting for a 6 month old!
Next step is a physical therapist.
Anyone recommend one in my area(s). I would really appreciate it! I need to fix this so I can pick up my children without seeing stars!

I used to work at Metro PT 7-8 years ago. They are great! They are in GC right by the DMV.
