Pics and Review of Ian's Fireman Themed 1st Birthday Party!!!! overloaded with pics!!
I stressed for nothing. Everything was great!! I really owe the smoothness to the caterer. Thanks to Donna (dm24angel) I used Tom Nash of Ace Caterers. His food was amazing and his wife Barbara was our server. She did everything! And I couldn't believe how reasonable their prices were. I plan on using them for everything!
We had the party at the Lynbrook Firehouse. Aside from the awesome price, the place was great. They even let us bring the kids on the trucks at the end and take pictures. They loved it.
I was planning on having entertainment, but $200 for 1 hour, i just couldnt rationalize it. So i brought my "baby jail" foam mats and some toys from home and let the kids go nuts. it was nice that the parents didnt have to constantly keep an eye on them.
Cake was from Cake Gallery in Bellmore. They did an awesome job!!
And of course I got Ian a firemans costume for his birthday. 
I made table names for each table. since i had 80 people i needed to assign. each table had its own word related to fire and i listed the people sitting at that table:
Me and dnj25 hanging out in Baby jail LOL
Ian got a little comfortable with twstdvenus1's DD LOL
Food:
Eating his own cupcake
Driving the fire truck
from left to right:
my nephew (corilee's DS), Ian, Adam (Momma2Be's DS) and Michael (dnj25's DS)
I bought a photo prop and a lot of people took pics with it.
