you dod an amazing job! I know how much of the work you did yourself & hoe badly you want to sell.
I think if you are priced right you'll sell quickly, you have the house staged perfectly!!!

Thank you soooo much everyone!!! It really means a lot!
It has been 2 years of long hard work, but I finally finished it. Now someone else hopefully gets to enjoy all my work. The only things I didn't do myself was the ceramic floor and put the countertops in. We had someone do that. But we did remove the hardwood floor and countertops ourselves. I won't even tell you how many trips to the dump this house took. I've painted every single room and have bought over 20 cans of paint to do it. I'm still doing some little things here and there to finish up, but it's DONE!!! I worked so hard on picking the paint colors and I think they work great. It's either a grayish, gray/brown or beige colors throughout the house. I also redid the hall bathroom but don't have pics of that yet. I'm still trying to decorate it. Clueless with that.
All I will say is that I will never buy another house that has anything brown in it again. It was the house from helll!!! I don't want to pick up a paint brush again for a long, long time! 
Now the hard part is keeping it clean to show. Try doing that with a 4 and 2 yr old, a husband and dogs shedding like crazy!  I am sooo stressed out I just hope someone wants to see it and buy it soon so I can be done with it and move on!!!

OMG you did an amazing job! I love it all. You kept everything bright, neutral and clean lines. You must be so proud of yourself. I hope it sells soon for you.
