So awesome! Amazing lightning storms were one of the only things I enjoyed about living in FL. The lightning was stunning.

We get some crazy lightening storms here in the summer at the base of the Alps. It’s worse in the Alps.
I do like it, though. Not really to look at, but because there is usually a heat wave going on, and with no a/c, it cools things off. I do not enjoy the hail that comes along with it.

Lightening actually scares the beejeezus out of me. That last picture you showed with the multiple strikes would have me planning the end of days lol.

The multiple strike photos are almost always a long exposure over several minutes (or more). While still a lot of strikes in one area, it isn't all at the same moment in time.
