To answer your questions...
double sink vanity was purchased on e-bay. The only place I found a similar one was here vanity Ours came with the mirror, which we also used, and lights and faucets, which we didn't use.
The couch we got at Costco! It's a Natuzzi. Got a great price too. DH is trying to talk me into returning it since it doesn't have a recliner.  So far it's staying.
The color in the stairway is BM Cornsilk. It's similar to the living room, which is BM Barley. Love them both!
