picture editing savvy moms - i have a quick q for you...
I just made an invite on shutterfly that has a small circle area for DS's pic - I want to just have his face and make the background just plain white - is there an easy way to do this? I'm going crazy trying to get a pic that works - i would love to just use this one i have if i could fix the background. thank you sooo much!

I'm sorry I'm not explaining it right! The card has a circle opening where you put the pic - the problem is all the pics I have of him have something in the background - so it looks strange on the invitation...all the samples have white backgrounds so i am wondering if it is possible to get the area around his face a solid color - does that make sense?
I know the easier way would be to just take a picture with a solid bkd but, in reality it is not the easier way - b/c it is sooo hard to get him to sit still to take a decent pic!

Do you have photoshop? An easy way I found to do this was to color in the background with the color bucket being careful around the edges of his head. I did this with my Christmas card of DD for the same reason- impossible to get a good pic and just caught one with a mess in the background.
