Pilates or Yoga classes?
Anyone know of a place to take pilates or yoga in the west islip, east islip, islip, bay shore area? I would also like to try the bikram yoga so any rec for places that offer that would be good too!!!

I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa.
Love it there!
I have met a few people who live further away who come to my studio because they like it the best.
