Pimples on my face!
When did your face start clearing up? If at all? I thought this was just a first trimester thing. I'm 20 weeks now and it looks the same!  I feel so ugly! I use pretty expensive face wash, exfoliator and moisturizer too. I even tried regular bar soap hoping to dry it out, no difference though. I hope this goes away soon!

I know, it won't go away. I have tried everything and now I feel like I am getting little chicken skin bumps all over. You can't see them, but I feel them!

I normally have very clear skin! Since getting p/g, my skin has erupted in pimples. sigh.
I use Cetaphil now. Not like it's helping all that much, but I don't think it's gotten any worse since I started using it.

I am in the same boat, 11.5 weeks and my face is sooooo bad. It's so upsetting! I hope some of the girls on here can recommend something. I'm using a glycolic acid wash (for about a month already) and there is barely a difference. I stopped using Proactiv as per my dr, and cannot wait to use it again

I had a geizer on my chin last week- it left a terrible scar 
I have started using Biore blemish fighting cleanser and so far so good- when I had a ton of breakouts in college- this was the only face wash that would stop them.

I'm in the same boat. I'm 22 weeks and have been noticing a little bit of an improvement over the past few days. I'm hoping that the worst is behind me.

My skin started breaking out around 7 weeks and now at 13 weeks it is FINALLY starting to look better. I use regular Neutrogena soap, Proavtiv toner (basically witch hazel and water) and Proactiv lotion as a spot treatment (ok per my doctor).
It $ucks!!

I like proactive too, and just like you only use spot treatment of the lotion.
But I have been warned by girls on here, that some topical acne meds can be harmful.
Check with your doctor for safety.

Im just about 24 weeks and Ive noticed that i will have about a 2 week period of decent skin and then I will break out again in big deep cysytic pimples. My skin has definitely gotten better since getting my BFP but it isnt great.
