Pimples on newborns face?
I know I have seen it on other babies, but when its on my own I freak out! They are little red bumps on my DD's face...anyone know what they are caused by?

i think its just baby acne. my dd had a ton of it , the Dr was never concerned

Baby acne - use some aquaphor, it's the wonder cream!

Baby acne. My DS got it BAD - whiteheads and all. I just left it alone and it eventually went away.
