Pinchy Crampy feeling

I am 7w4d today. I have had cramps on and off and I have not been worried. Went for my sonogram last Friday and everything was fine. This morning I wake up to a pinchy/crampy feeling in one particular spot down there. It's not like the cramps I have had..which are similar to AF cramps. This is one spot and it has been coming and going since around 7am. What could it be? Stretching? Should I be worried?

Re: Pinchy Crampy feeling

i had this crampy and pitching in one particular spot mine was on my right side. It would come and go and come more so with activity. I went for sono at 4w5d and it turns out i had a cyst that ruptured which OB said was very normal during first trimester. Feel better

i had this same thing - still do, occasionally, and my doc also said it was a cyst that ruptured. when you ovulate, often it creates a fluid-filled cyst that can become painful and rupture, but it's toally harmless.

nothing to worry about krista!!

I'm 15wks 2 days and I still have that crampy feeling - on and off. Your body is adjusting and ligaments are stretching. If its persistant, call ur OB.

Re: Pinchy Crampy feeling

It is probably streching. I started to get that too. Most of the cramos, and twinges are all normal as long as they aren't accompanied with red blood.

Re: Pinchy Crampy feeling

I'm 4 weeks 5 days, and I just had the same focused pinching feeling yesterday... almost like you're ovulating, right?

I was mildly concerned about that too...

glad you girls cleared that up for me Chat Icon
