Pineapple upside down cake
DH want me to make him a pineapple upsidedown cake I never done one before so I was planning just to followthis recipe as I have most of the ingredients at home but I dont have a cast iron skillet that i can use in the stove and than put in the oven. What else can i use?

I use this recipe all the time and I just use a regular baking pan. Never had an issue.

Dole has a recipe for mini ones that you do in muffin pans... I made them recently and they were great! I would just take a couple minutes off ht cooking time next time I do it!

Same here! I use the pineapple juice instead of water though!

I made one for Easter and used a skillet but I have used a baking pan too and it comes out fine.
