plantation shutters installed tomorrow! UPDATE!
after 8 weeks of waiting, they are finally being installed tomorrow!  its been a long wait and with a baby due in 7 days - we are cutting it close but FINALLY we will have REAL window treatments (we've been in our home for 22 months with tension rods and curtain pannels   )
ill post before and after's tomorrow night! 
here they are!
we love them! we went with Instant Verticals on 110 in Farmingdale and they did a fantastic job. It took about 8 weeks since they were custom but well worth the wait

I'm so excited - I want them in one room of our house...
Do you guys have double hung or casements?
I bet your home is going to look BEAUTIFUL!!! I cannot wait to see the pictures!

they are coming at 5:30, cannot wait! Ill post pics as soon as they are done
we are in a condo so we are getting them in every room (4 rooms since we are an interior unit) nursery, master, living room and kitchen!

The double hung go up and down, the casements crank open.
You're getting them in every room? Wow. It's going to look so beautiful - especially with your decor!

I can't wait to see as well. LOVE the look. I got white wood blinds for our front window but I really wanted the 3" blinds that look more like plantation shutters but couldn't afford them

they are pricey - no doubt  we saved for two years! It was painful waiting but well worth it in the end
