Please enlighten me on Unpacked
level scoop?
I am going to try to see how my son will react to powder formula. I am using the sample I received in the mail.
I am assuming I just use the enclosed scoop and use two scoops for a 4oz bottle shake it up and voila. This unpacked thing is throwing me off.
Please explain?
Also is it supposed to look a bit thinner than the ready to feed? I do not want it to be too watery.
Please help. I KNOW I am a complete idiot, but I am a new mom and still trying to make sense of this all.

Just scoop it out and shake it to make it level. dont pack it down like you would say with flour

exactly. i kind of "fluff" the powder formula up with the scoop, then fill the scoop and tap it against the side of the contained until it's about level. it doesn't have to be perfect.

Yep it's thinner!! I always have to "tap" it too, sometimes there's an air pocket and you realize you didn't get a full scoop!

its not an exact science. We don't pack it. And yes, its thinner than the RTF.
