Please give out your great appetizer recipes!
Planning a cocktail party for my parents 40th wedding anniversary!!
We are planning to do heavy appetizers and cocktails!

spinach and artichoke dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup parm cheese
1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained
1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
2-3 cloves garlic
bake in a pie dish 350 for approx 30 min (till the edges are brown)

I have an awesome baked clam dip that I will post later. LOVE it.
Also love to make the cold spinach dip on the back of the Knorr's vegetable soup mix (I don't put the green onions or water chestnuts and I double the spinach).
pigs in a blanket -I make my own with crescent rolls and mini dogs
Mini pizzas (I make them on pitas and slice them)
Sweet ans sour kielbasa or mini meatballs
The cream cheese/chili/cheese dip YUM!

Flat bread crisps( those retangular ones) spread with goat cheese and chopped roasted red pepper.....yummm!

I have an awesome meatball recipe.
Cranberry Meatballs
I use my crock pot. Add 1 bottle of chili sauce, with a can of jellied cranberry sauce and about 3-4lbs of frozen italian meatballs (1 inch size), I buy the meatballs frozen at Bjs. Everyone I have given this recipe to thinks its fantastic. You throw the ingredients together at least 3 hours before and I usually just serve right from the crock pot so it keeps warm.

Bourbon hot dogs...
It's so easy and a huge crowd pleaser -
1 package of hot dogs cut up into bite size pieces
2 tsp of dried minced onions
1 cup ketchup
1 cup of bourbon
1/2 cup of brown sugar
Mix in a sauce pan, bring to a soft boil and let simmer for 45 min-1 hour. Sometimes I let it simmer on the lowest setting for 2 hours and occasionally come by and stir.
