Re: Please help-Camera question

have you taken the pictures off the camera and loaded them on a pc?

I seen some cameras have bad previews on the small screen but look normal on big screen and print.

Re: Please help-Camera question

are you allowing the camera to autofocus before the shot is taken?

i.e. press halfway down, then when autofocus is complete, press all the way down..

Re: Please help-Camera question

idk then...

go though the settings, make sure you are on superfine or highest megapixal for your camera..

ETA

turn of digital zoom in your options. digital zoom is no good. just use the regular zoom.

Re: Please help-Camera question

I'm so bummed for you Donna!! I know how excited you were for a new camera. Maybe it's just a defective one? I would contact the company about returning it and getting a replacement.

I tried looking on line for trouble shooting this but didn't come up with anything.Chat Icon
Can you check the manual for trouble shooting issues? See if it lists "blurry pictures" as an option and go from there.
Sorry you're having problems with it.
I know how frustrating that can be with a new camera!

Is there a dial for focusing?

Is the flash off? If it's off and the subjects are moving, then there will be lots of blur.

This used to happen to me all the time with my Olympus point and shoot. Mostly when I was on zoom. Also when I had the flash off. I hope you fix it!

Re: Please help-Camera question

Without looking at the camera I cant say for sure...

One suggestion is to check the ISO settings. Sometimes a too high ISO setting will make the picture appear blurry due to too much background "noise"...
