Please help diagnose me!
The other day I had the candle induced migraine. That never FULLY went away but it was just a lingering pain behind the eyes. Although I dont think it has anything to do with now I figured I would throw it out there.
My lower back hurts, my hips hurt, my neck hurts, my head hurts again but no where near Saturday. I didn't do anything yesterday that would cause this. Its all muscle pains. HELP.

Re: Please help diagnose me!
Could be the flu?
Has this ever happenned before? Is it accompanied by fatigue? Have you ever been in a car accident? Do you have pressure points that hurt with slight pressure?
I get a lot of headaches and muscle aches relating to fibromylagia flare ups.
Also, hips, head, low back..could be your mattress or the way you slept.

No, no other symptoms thats why I am like W TF. I have 2 small children so Im always tired. I havent been sleeping well lately anyway so yes, Im tired but I dont think its related. I was in a car accident like 10 years ago but it wasnt at all serious, just some ice toboggining. Which pressure points should I be pressing?
I was thinking it was the way I slept but isnt that just usually one muscle group not like 5?

Re: Please help diagnose me!
One incident can't diagnose FMS, but I brought it up because it is so many different muscle groups. Here's a link

For me it came on after a car accident.
Some people say it's genetic, but it can take a trauma or stress to bring it out.
But you could also just have a virus, and all of your pain is along your spine, so if you slept wrong, it could cause all that pain. One thing about the spine is that misalignment in one area travels to the other areas because it puts more stress on other parts of the spine. Do you go to a chiropractor?

Just as an FYI:There's a type of chiropractic that doens't involve bone cracking at all. Called activator method. That's what I go for. It's really good.
I hope you feel better soon!
