PLEASE HELP! Sharp, stabbing pain in......
My va-jay-jay  I am 20 weeks in 3 days and tonight I have had some very sharp, painful, stabbing pain down there. It hurts enough to cause me to wince and double over if I am standing. I called my doctor and she said its probably just round ligament pain but since talking to her it has gotten worse. Has anyone experienced this? Its pretty painful and kinda freaking me out.

Yes it happens, I get it from time to time. My cousin got it so bad she though her son's arm was falling out of her!!!

i get that alot...it comes and goes i asked the doctor about it and they said it's not uncommon, could be stretching too

Oh, yes, the "why the he11 is someone stabbing me in the cr0t.ch" pain! I know it well!! 
It went away finally a few weeks ago when the baby started moving up (around 24-25 weeks). But it was horrible!!!
My doc also assured me it was totally normal as long as it didn't last a long time when it was happening (sometimes I'd feel it several times a day, but just for a few seconds at a time) and wasn't accompanied by any bleeding. He just suggested more water and gentle stretching like prenatal yoga.
ETA: it really bugs me that i can't write cro.tch on LIF... isn't it a medical term??

I am experiencing this as we speak. I thought it was because I did alot today, on my feet and running around way too much, and that fact that I am very stressed and aggravated over some family things. It is making me very nervous, because I never had this until tonight... I feel like something is wrong because I havent been taking it easy, physically or mentally.
