Please keep my Grandma in your prayers
I don't usually post looking for prayers, but since my Grandma is a very religious woman, I ask that you say a quick prayer for her to get better.
She was rushed to Southampton Hospital on Tuesday at 3 AM for chest pains, and then they transferred her around 10 AM to St. Francis-about an hour and 45 mins away, because she has been there before for her heart procedures.
Leading up to this, she was having trouble walking,was very weak & was diagnosed with anemia & they were running tests to see if there was blood leaking from somewhere...
Long story short, it was not her heart that was making her feel the way she was feeling..it was a bleeding ulcer they said yesterday...today she had a blood transfusion, and she will again tomorrow. They will also do a sonogram to check her kidneys, etc...and will start PT with her soon so she can get strenght to walk, etc.
THey also are trying to get her blood sugar levels under control, as she is a diabetic also.
Please if you can just say a quick prayer that my feisty and stubborn 89 year old grandma is better soon & able to come home.
We have comfort that she is at a GREAT hospital!
