Please let the dog in!
The neighbors next door has the dog outside and the poor thing has been barking for the past 15 minutes. He is a jack russell or something that size. The longer he barks, the fainter it gets. Let him in

OMgosh...do you live by me? Our neighbors dog too. And I never hear this dog, especially at night. The barking did stop..for now, and I hope for the night.

You don't happen to live near the IRS center do you? I think they finally let him in. I wanted to take the dog in.
I think the parents are away and left the teenage son in charge of the dog.

I think I would ring that bell or call the police if it keeps up. That dog will freeze for sure. Extremely cold out.
