This is the front of ours, but we're going to be doing some relandscaping this spring. I want to remove all the bushes on the left hand side that hide the front porch and plant seasonal plants there instead.

This is what the front of our house COULD look like (the landscaper worked this up for us). He added the bushes, flowers, and greenery in.
ETA - we don't have a ranch, but obviously you can tell

This is from when we first got the evergreens and little bushes last year in August, which was too late for flowers. This year I am going to plant some colorful flowers!

Some photo's of the front of our house:

Construction complete
This was July 2005. These flowers are now so huge.
I've added some edging but dont have recent pics of that. This is all right after we moved in.
Taken at random times
This is a hibiscus. They have such pretty flowers and they come in various colors.
