Please recommend a good workout bra
I typically swim, but have been (FINALLY!) cleared for full land workouts. My bras are not holding and the girls hurt.
Could you please recommend one? I'm a 40C, if that matters.

I have a much smaller chest, but what i can tell you is that Marshalls has a huge selection of sports bras. I think you just need to try them on and see whats comfortable. I would run back and forth in the dressing room!

I have a large chest, and when I go running I usually double up on the sports bras. I wear one bra and then a lycra/spandex... thing, I don't know, it's like a short tank with a built-in bra. A tank on top of that.
I like Champion brand stuff, and Under Armour is really good too. There is an Under Armour outlet at Tanger in Deer Park, and I think you can get the Champion stuff at Target.

I also only use the champion t-back sports bras with the underwire. They are fantastic for supporting the girls.

Try the Champion. You will be able to wear just one. I get them at the Hanes Bali store at Tanger. They usually have good sales like buy one get one.

I have 2 sport bras from a sports store not sure of the brand but they were pretty costly and I have to say the ones I got from target (champion) LOVE them. I even got them on clearence for $4.99
