Can anyone recommend a good prenatal workout dvd?
I am really interested in toning and strength training. Not so into yoga. Any recommendations would be appreciated!!

when i was PG i had a denise austin one (it was a 3 in 1 dvd) and buff moms to be.

I was just watching the Tyra show and Gabrielle Reese was on and talked about her prenatal workouts dvd.
i just ordered it along with some toning bands.
she says there are 15 min. workouts and are targeted to work on the specific areas that are affected by pregnancy.
What I like is that is addresses each month of pregnancy!!!
