Please recommend finger paints for washable fabrics

I'd like to do the handprint thing on fabric that would need to be washed. I've heard some finger paints aren't good for machine washing. Here's my questions:

Could you recommend a good one, and where I can get it?

Is it an actual name brand I am looking for or a certain ingredient?

Also, would the same paint be good for making a card?

Most "finger paints" arent going to be able to be washed...finger paints in general are easy to wash out. That's what makes them good for kids. Basically what you want is something that is Non Toxic...AC Moore & Michaels will definitely have what you need.
