Please recommend your beach cabana/tent
There is one on One Step Ahead.com that I was just ready to order. It is a great size and can be folded into backpack use (which I love). But I read a few reviews that are saying it is very hard to fold back up.
Does anybody have this one or can recommend another great one that can be easily transported. I would love to be able to fold and put on my back for picnics and such in the park).
TIA!!

I have the one from One Step Ahead. And it was hard to fold up the first time but it gets easier.

I got the one from one step ahead. We used it for the first time this weekend and it was great! We watched the video online and DH practiced a few times while watching it until he got the hang of it. I still have no idea how to fold it though! But its good b/c there's no pieces to put together.

Just ordered one from OneStepAhead...will be using it in FL next week. Will let you know if I like it!!
We too were going to order the backpack one, but after the reviews decided not to. We ordered the $50 one.

Re: Please recommend your beach cabana/tent
that has a recall on it, so I would make sure you have the correct retrofit kit for it.

Thanks all. It looks like we are going to go ahead and order the One Step Ahead one. Now on to deciding between the small one or big one.

We wanted this one from One Step Ahead, but it's sold out right now
So we ordered this smaller one for the baby instead
We just ordered it 2 days ago, so not sure how good it is.

Re: Please recommend your beach cabana/tent
Anyone know if BBB or BRU carries the One Step Ahead? We used the Kid Dome by Kel-Gar for the first time at the beach today and it sucked!! It also broke when we tried to fold it back up!!
Does the One step ahead (or any other you may recommend) have things to hold it down on the sand or weight it in any way? We had to put a big piece of driftwood on the back of the dome today because it kept blowing onto the baby when he was napping in it.

I have the One Step Ahead cabana and it's easy to fold up once you get the hang of it. It's great - easy to set up and take down.

The OSA one had stakes and then on the sides, there are pockets to fill up with sand to keep it down.
And here it is in action...it looks a little small but it really isn't that bad

Thanks, Shamrock. Where can you get the OSA and can you tell me how much it is?
Thanks!

It's from One Step Ahead and I ordered it so long ago. I think it was $70 and I had a discount applied.
