I've looked on...
J.Crew (sold out)
LLBean (the color I like is sold out)
Lands End (eh - not a fan)
PetEdge.com (don't love anything)
Where else???

J - we got Lilly's bed at Target. She loves it and it looks nice, too!

I got Gus's bed from ebay...It was about $70 with s&h...He LOVES his bed!

Drs Foster & Smith ... we had one that lasted FOREVER and the last two we bought came with TWO washable covers (but the bed itself was not as great as the other one).
ETA: We've also had the ones from Costco that have a washable cover and lasted pretty long.
