please recommend your DOLL HOUSE:)
i'm deciding if we are going to get DD one for christmas. she is 2 1/2. i gave her the fisherprice catalogue to pick out what she wants and she keeps telling me she wants the doll house. i really didn't think she would play with it (dont know why)
please rec. the one your DC loves.

sorry no suggestions, but we're debating this too. either this christmas or next. DH might build one for DD since his dad did for his two sisters. I know they have kits out there for that. don't know if your dh (or you!) is handy like that!

for xmas last year i bought the fisher price one with EVERY accessory for 100 bucks off someone from LIF and DD whos 2 LOVES it! I think out of all her millions of toys its the thing she plays with the most. Makes me happy since i got such a great deal on it

definitely don't have a handy DH! i figure if she doesn't get much use of out of then DD #2 might play with it in a year or two.

that's good to know. she keeps asking for one but we have the little people house and she barely plays with it! i'm hoping she would play with a real doll house.

I got this one for my DD 3rd birthday last year. My 20 month old son LOVES it too. It is very sturdy and I put it together by myself in an hour. I am by no means handy

Around 2 1/2 or 3 she got the Fisher Price Loving Family Dollhouse and loved it for a while. Now she doesn't play with it as much at almost 4 but she still will. And all her little girl friends that come over love it.

This is the one that we have - we got the mega set from TRU that comes with the furniture and people and both of my DD's love it. They are 4 and almost 2 and play with the people, the house and the car daily.
I LOVE the fact that all of the stuff can be put into the house and the house folds up for storage.
We got it when DD#1 had just turned 2 and 2 years later it has held up very well - no problems at all.
