I take rx when I am pregnant but when I was TTC I took Rainbow light Prenatal and the DHA 250 that come in the Prenatal Pack.

I know you are asking for OTC (sorry, can't help you there) but my prescription ones are PreNexa and they have plant based DHA. I have a fish allergy and can't take fish oil so I have to use the plant based one.
