Any OTC prenatals that have DHA
My prenatals are making my stomach even worse than it is...so wanted to run out and get something over the counter that I can take that has DHA!!

I use Rainbow Light One prenatal vitamins. All natural, vegan, and OTC. I think Trader Joes sells them. If you can't find them in a store you can definitely get them online.

I believe one-a-day does. I was having stomach issues at first and my doc recommended those.

My OB recommended these too - but she also said to take an additional folic acid supplement since OTC prenatals can only have up to 800mcg and they want you to have at least 1000. So I take a 400 mcg folic acid supplement in addition.

I use one a day too, it has two pills one s dha and one is the prenatal

I take prescription but my midwife told me she took the ones from BJ's they have ones with DHA.

Hey- I take the target brand It is two pills. ONe has DHA/EPA or something like that.
