I can't believe my due date is in less than 3 days!!!!
I can't wait to meet my little guy but I have a strong feeling he is going to be very, very late. I hope I'm wrong. I haven't felt the slightest contraction and I haven't progressed in 3 weeks still 1cm and 60%. I'm getting so anxious but also remaining thankful that I have had a long and healthy pregnancy.

Hope he comes soon! My first DS was 7 days late (went into labor on my own @ 41 weeks) and I was 3cm, like 80% effaced from 36 weeks on so I don't think internals really have any predictive value as to when you will go into labor. Could be tonight or could be another 2 weeks but I hope its soon for you!!!

Thanks, ladies!!! Trying my best to hang in there. My doctor mentioned an induction at 41 weeks so I've been extra anxious as the days pass. I really want to go on my own.

I went into labor a few hours after a similar exam.
I never "dropped" before labor.
When your body is ready, it just does it.

I never had a contraction until after my water broke and was not dialated at all.
You never know when it can happen.

It will happen when you least expect it. Try to focus on other things to occupy your time. That's when it will happen.
