Which side of the street do they drive on in Ireland??
same side as us or the opposite one??

i think it's the same in ireland, but different in england? I can't remember. I've been there, but I've forgotten now. i didnt do any driving around while i was there, others drove me. I guess if I'd been the one doing the driving, i might remember...sorry!

They drive on the left side, and in the car they sit on the right side of the car when driving.
ETA: My grandparents are from Ireland, so I called my mom and asked her--lol

It's the opposite and it's completely confusing when you're so used to looking right before you cross the street.
Ireland, Great Britain and Australia are all opposite of the US.

but I think they drive on the opposite side of the street and the other side of the car also

Opposite but the hardest part is that the gear shift is also on the opposite side - so you shift with your left hand instead of your right...

They drive on the left. We drive on the 'right' 
For rule of reference, most countries that were colonised by England or still belong to the commonwealth drive on the left. South Africa, Australia, Jamaica, West Indies, Singapore, India and many countries in Africa (Kenya, Zimbabwe etc.). Japan does as well, but they have no British history. Go figure.
Yeah, crossing a street over here (Australia) is a pain and I still get confused. I rarely drive over here, but for some reason when I drive back in the States, I get confused and have to think twice...
