Please share your 9-10 month old's eating schedule
Kieran is 9.5 months old and for the past couple months, he has been nursing 4 times a day and eats 3 meals, in between the nursings.
His schedule usually looks something like this: 7am nurse 9:30 oatmeal with fruit 11:30 nurse 1:00 4 oz. fruit and/or veggie 3:30 nurse 6:30 4 oz. fruit and/or veggie 8:30 nurse
For the past month or so, I have been giving him more finger foods, so with each meal, he will get maybe half a banana cut up, or a handful of mango pieces, and a few handfuls of puffs. The past 2 or 3 days, he hasn't really been interested in nursing very much. With the added food at his meals, do you think 4 times a day is too much to nurse? Should I try to cut out a nursing and see how he does? Or should I cut back on his food intake? Any thoughts? TIA!

I dropped the 4th bottle around 11 months I think but for you, maybe you could try dropping the 11:30 nursing session and bump lunch up to 12? Then nurse again at 3:30.

Re: Please share your 9-10 month old's eating schedule
My son is 9 months old and we are on about 75% table foods and 25% pureed foods. He has 3 meals, 3 bottles, and occassionally an afternoon snack. This is a typical schedule:
6:30 AM: Wake and bottle 8:30 AM: Breakfast - usually a grain and fruit, i.e. pancake and banana, cheerios and pear puree, etc. 12:00 PM: Lunch - this varies but often is yogurt, grilled cheese, or hummus on bread, with a veggie. 2:30 PM: Bottle Depending on his nap - he sometimes has a snack (puffs or fruit) in between the bottle and dinner) 6:00 PM: Dinner - I try to give him what we are having but also keep a freezer supply of meals for him. This week, he had Shepard's pie and some fruit. Other dinners include ravioli with meat sauce, pasta with peas, mac and cheese with beef. I give him an additional veggie or fruit with dinner. 8:00 PM: Bottle and bed

I would try this. DS dropped his 4th bottle around 7 months on his own.

Thanks ladies! I think I'll try eliminating the 2nd feeding and see how that works out.
