Please share your favorite casserole recipes

I'm looking for some good casserole recipes to add to my file. I work at night when DH feeds the kids so I have found that casseroles and crock pot recipes are the best for me to prepare during the day, cook for them at night and for me to have the leftovers the next day.

I am also looking for casserole recipes. So far, I have only one that DH and I both tried and liked.

It's similar to the string bean casserole in a way. I put the cream of mushroom soup in with cooked, cut-up pieces of chicken, frozen string beans and broccoli. Sometimes we top it with the fried onions you use on the string bean casserole, sometimes we have it without. I like to serve it over mashed potatoes.

i make a mexican lasagna sometimes and it tastes great that night and as leftovers

i brown turkey meat and mix in a packet of taco seasoning.
in a sprayed casserole i cover the bottom with tortillas and then layer refried beans, turkey meat salsa and cheese. i do this for 2-3 layers and bake until cheese melts. serve with sour cream and guac. sooo good!!
