I'm attempting to potty train DD. She is 26 months.

Please share your potty training success stories!! NOT the stories where your DC one day decides not to wear diapers and makes it easy!!! i'm looking for stories and ideas on how to train before that time.

I put DD in underwear today and she peed 3x on the floor and i sat her on the potty every 20 minutes until lunch time. not one drop of pee in the potty though.

i need some inspiration and tips!
