Do all of the guests have to wear closed toe shoes as well?
ha ha..no..its just me, and 2 other girls in the party so she wants us all to match. Which i understand to an extent..but when she was in my party i just said pick a silver shoe..i didnt care if it was open, closed, whatever.
it is what it is...
If she wants all of you to match then she should pick out the shoe for you to wear so you all don't drive yourselves crazy!
That would be worst. I can't imagine wearing shoes that would be OK for 1 girl but so uncomfortable to me. It's one thing to want to match but come on! You have to be respectful of your wedding party.
I just love that all the BM wear the shoes that "you cannot see in the pics" for the wedding pics yet you will them all bare foot or in flip flops at the reception when the photographer still takes pics and probably more pics than the actual ceremony because the shoes were so uncomfortable.

I was in a wedding like that & it was awful! The bride's mom picked out the shoes & asked us all our sizes & to give her $ at the shower. I have wide feet & can't wear the same shoes as everyone else. I got a bigger size, but was still in pain.
And the heel was really high, so if I took them off & putonmy regualr snadals the dress would have been too long.
For my wedding, my bridesmaids WANTED to be match matchy--they even got the same hairstyle, and wanted dyeable shoes to match their dresses, but one had open & one had closed.
Anyway-- I think I like the 2nd ones the best. Shoes with jewels like #3 remind me of the 80s.
