yeah i know LOL.. we almost didn't name him that for that reason.. but i've learned over the years that most people don't even know my kids middle names and they are all given names of people important to me. This was our last son so we had no choice. Louis is my FIL name!

Fell in love with both names. Lots of other names we liked but "sean Patrick" did not go with our Jewish lastname.  And both DH and I agreed on that particular configuration. We kept coming back to it.
Nicknames: EJ, booboo (mostly used by me and I don't remember why!), sometimes Eth

My only real choice (in my eyes) is Aidan James (James is after my DH)
The problem is this - I have so many nephews - whose names I would love to use - but they are off limits.

Ryan Parker would have been our choice for another baby boy.

I'm no help-we still don't know what we are going to name our  when he gets here in November. Names in contention or that I like but can't use:
Jack (but that won't work for you)
Charles (love Charlie for a nickname)
Owen (though Mikismom has me rethinking this one )
Nathaniel (Nate)-would call him Natedog (don't know why, just what DH and I keep doing when we say this name)
Max-DH will not stand for it.
Mack-DH will not stand for it.
Cameron-DH loves it, I'm okay with it.
Connor-Dh loves it, I'm okay with it.
Jake-just added to the list, not sure if it will stay.
