It is basically about the scientific experiements at Plum Island, which is off the coast of Montauk, and how they might be responsible for diseases such as Lime Disease. Also, it talks about how the place is so top secret b/c of the experiements it does on animals and people The show basically said if there was ever any sort of catastrophe there, it could be certain danger for us.
