PODS ?

Anyone ever use it ?? Are there any other companies that you can rent a storage item and have it in your driveway..

I also heard they have promotions - does anyone know a promotion code??

Re: PODS ?

we have one in our driveway right now. You could call up and get a quote, and they hold that price for you for about a week. I did not use a promotion code. I was quoted something and waited over a week and asked for another quote and it was lower then the first one. Not sure why. Overall, we are very happy with the POD. It holds so much.

Re: PODS ?

my sister got a pod...they loaded it up and took it back to the warehouse...

i was talking to the driver and compared to regular storage places...its very comparable to other wanna be pod companies and more cost effective as if you were to do regular storage, you would need to pack up your stuff, bring it to the warehouse, unload it....then when you need it back, same thing, pick it up, etc...

pod, you load it and unload it once...great selling poing i think

it cost more if they bring it back to the warehouse vs keeping it on your property (i think)

Re: PODS ?

There are so many of them around lately that my town has actually put a restriction on how long it can be on the property for and u also need to get a free permit from the town before u place it on ur property.
