POI Question
OK it's now the 3rd day off the POI and AF has still not shown her ugly face. Anyone know how long it takes to start? I thought it would have started the next day...but what do I know. Everyday is a learning experience.
So, I'm drinking my wheat grass powder in juice while I write this. I was feeling really sorry for myself yesterday but today my mind has decided not to give up and to look to the future and do everything i can to make the next round better. Who knows if I can control this or not, but I have vowed to start exercising again, stick with my healthy eating and continue my acupuncture. and the enjoy this month off. Oh and this is a biggie, I have vowed not to be jealous or feel i'm waisting my time or let what if's bother me. Lets see how long that will last when the AF hormones set in. But, for now I'm feeling good.
My RE called this morning to discuss what happened. Of course he calls on my cell which is downstairs so I miss the call. But, I was happy he reached out to me. I was not expecting that. Hopefully, he'll call back this afternoon (when I'm not in acupuncture).

It took me about a week to start a bleed after stopping the PIO. I stopped it on Saturday, and started bleeding the following Friday.

Mine took 3 days after stopping PIO- but I had a chem. pregancy so Im not sure if that had any affect on it ....
